Shift: First Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Peak Schedule Varies)
Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Train and guide a shipping packaging team for small parcels.
- Lead a team of 5-10 employees (up to 25-50 during peak times).
- Ensure ongoing training for team members to meet changing requirements.
- Act as a communication link between staff and supervisors.
- Coordinate workload with team members and assign tasks per Supervisor’s instruction.
- Manage scheduling, evaluate staff needs, and handle conflicts.
- Perform all duties of Shipping personnel and diagnose problems.
- Lead shifts during peak times for our 24/7 shipping operation.
- Perform additional duties as required.
